Hoping this is allowed as I'm not advertising my app, just simply looking if anyone would be interesting in testing and using it for free, not after a subscription or any financial benefit - ever.

I looked at software solutions such as Landlord Vision which seemed quite expensive for what I was after. Mostly, an app to store property and tenant data along with document generation for tenancy agreements, inventory checklists and some other tools.

I finished the app after a few months and its exactly what I want, simple and effective. I will eventually commercialise it but for the time being, I'm looking for anyone who has a handful of properties to try it and provide feedback. As long as the app exists, I'll never ask them for payment.
