I own a flat in London area which is one big bedroom and thikinng on dividing it to two bedrooms. Do i need planning permission for this? I am the freeholder.

Curious of the dimensions to do that and then how is the window set up 2 separate frames ?
Not sure on the dimensions, but fortunately there are two windows in the room so both rooms will have a window. Havent contacted any builder or architect yet was just cuerius if u need planning permission.
If it is a wood and plasterboard type non-load bearing division wall it will have zero sound blocking... = constant rotation of tenants.
No planning but might need building regs.
