Hi! I am a landlord to one of the flats in Manchester City, I am dealing with a real estate agent "thornley" and I am personally having a terrible experience with them - can any one recommend me a real estate agent that's efficient and will look after my flat in Manchester City Centre? Thanks
I know this is a landlord sub, but from a tenant perspective.
They're all complete shit, so whichever you use will have issues somewhere along the line, most of them never even return calls to come view your place.
Manchester has by far the worst I've ever had the misfortune of working with.
The LandlordLab.co.uk as they are specialists in this and focus on good communication with landlords AND tenants. That’s where the high street falls down. They’ll also cover your compliance requirements and the bookkeeping if you need - so a great one stop shop. They use an App as well so much easier to keep on top of things when I want and the tenant loves it as they can log things at their own time instead of work hours!
