I do a lot of work with rental listings, and recently I helped a landlord improve their photos — they went from 2 viewings a week to fully booked in under 5 days.

Some quick things that made a huge difference: • Open all curtains and turn on every light (natural light + warm bulbs = gold) • Shoot from corners to show more of the room • Always include wide shots + detail shots (like kitchen finishes or fireplace)
