I unfortunately need to evict my tenants, however they have been advised to ignore S21 and wait for the courts.

Does anyone have experience self-filing for the Accelerated Possession Order? I've seen other posts about the regular process, but not the accelerated one.

If so, how difficult was it and any tips?

All my paperwork is in order, and due process has been followed so there are no obvious nuances or complications.

Reluctant to use the solicitors if I can avoid the expense.
