Hello members.
I needed some advice from fellow landlords who may be members of NRLA and use their tenancy agreements when letting out property.
I have recently joined NRLA and I'm in process of making my first tenancy agreement with them on their App.
Is there anything I need to be worried about using their template?
And is there any recommendations of any "additional clauses" I should be adding when creating a tenancy contract with NRLA?
My properties are all terraced street houses rented out to students or to small families.
Any help much appreciated.
Their template is pretty solid as they know their shit.
I wouldn't overthink the ast now as all agreements will be void with rent reform and pushed into the new format of rolling period.
