At what size was your LTD when it needed no investment from directors and you were able to pay yourself a salary.

How many can you buy a year with company income only and are you living full time of the income ?
Would that depend on the price paid per property, leverage, income and expenses ?

If you’re actually trying to get to this stage, you must know your own numbers, wayyyyy before you’ve even bought a property.
