Suggestions for where to find legal help for Section 8 evictions?

Hello! I have tenants that are in 3 months arrears and consistent late payments prior to that. I have served them a Section 8 notice and despite them saying they will pay rent, they still haven't. Where is the best place to find legal advice and solicitors that can help me evict the tenants? I live in England. And what would be the cost approximately? Thank you in advance!

Are you a member of NLRA? For general guidance on this topic.

And then for this specifically try Landlord Action. They have set fees and can give you a quote. Perhaps you are looking at 1 to 2k plus a few hundred in court and bailiffs costs.

Thank you! Do you know if I'd still need to pay the 1-2K+ if the tenants pay just enough rent to be under 2 months in arrears before the court date?

Mind if I ask, which ground(s) you use on your section 8?
